Over the last year we've had a tree fall, lightening/power surge frying so many things electrically, now flood in the garage (which was all I thought happened this week) & now a damaged roof from a tree limb & a flooded crawl space....
Weather here in Georgia has been crazy this year & I sometimes feel like our little house has had an arrow on it saying "strike here".
I'm so thankful we don't have more damage than we do but mostly so blessed that everyone in our family is OK as so many people have lost their homes & lives. Ours is just an inconvenience while others are truly suffering a loss. It breaks my heart to think of the man who watched his 2 year old son slip out of his arms in the current of a rising creek that didn't even have a name it was so small normally - watch video here. So many 2 & 3 story houses under water with just the roofs peaking out... each house is a family who is hurting. I don't know each need but God sure does & I pray for them. I hope you will join me in lifting them up today with a little prayer for the people in Georgia. Here's a link to our local news if you are interested in more info.
